Description
This villa is a splendid historic villa from the late 19th century. It is located in the most exclusive and prestigious area of the city, right on the edge of the thermal park. The Art Nouveau villa is striking for its original marble cantilevered staircase with an ornate balustrade from the period and a pink marble floor.
The villa was first renovated by the current owners in the 1980s. Recently, further restoration was carried out, adding modern amenities: a private pool area, a rarity in the city center, and air conditioning in every room. The property is in excellent condition, tastefully furnished and is currently used for short-term rentals.
The villa is distributed on three levels:
Basement floor: technical room, tavern with fireplace and wood stove, toilet and laundry room.
Ground floor: large entrance hall, double living room, spacious kitchen, hallway, study, bedroom and bathroom.
Upper floor: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small living room, walk-in closet and hallway.
The villa also has a balcony on the front, a terrace on the mountain side, an entrance area, and a large back garden with a newly installed heated and coverable swimming pool.
