Location: The new residential complex to be built is located in Weinbergweg, fraction Mitterdorf. It is a quiet location in the middle of Kaltern. The center can be reached via the promenade, which is closed to motorized traffic, in about 10 minutes walking time. In the near distance there are several bus stops.
