There you can visit the Basilica of San Francesco, the Basilica of San Vitale, the Galla Placidia, the tomb of Dante, the National Museum, the ancient Franciscan cloister, the famous Domus dei Tappeti di Pietra and other monuments recognized by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites. Via Cavour, the central shopping street with its restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors, is also just a few steps away.
The first floor apartment consists of a spacious living room with sofa bed overlooking a small private courtyard, a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the courtyard, an office/laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with king size bed, two single bedrooms and a large bathroom. Finally, a staircase leads you to the roof terrace through a large motorized window. From there, you can enjoy a bird's eye view of the neighborhood and the historic sights of the city center while enjoying an aperitif in the cozy living room. The armored entrance door is protected with an electronic lock and an access code that is changed for each stay. Special attention is paid to quiet and safety, thanks to shatterproof and noise-proof windows and acoustic insulation in the exterior walls.
Some of the best restaurants in Ravenna such as Bella Venezia, Il Cerchio, La Ca de Vèn, l'Acciuga, Ai Passatelli and Il Gallo are just a few minutes walk away. The house is easily accessible by car. There is free parking directly in front of the house. Alternatively, there are two large public parking lots at 2 and 4 minutes walk from the house, which are also free of charge.
