Property description Rustic mountain hut in the Val di Rabbi - South Tyrol / Trentino

In a sunny panoramic position, a typical Trentino-style hut is for sale. Built in stone and wood with a comfortable and practical private and fenced external entrance. The mountain hut is structured as follows:
On the first floor, the entrance to the living area leads into the large living room with a brick and wooden kitchen and a practical and functional stove. There is the dining area with a large table and bench as well as the internal staircase leading to the second floor.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom, two single bedrooms and the bathroom with window and bathtub, as well as the stairs to the next floor.
Ascending to the second floor, you enter the large and characteristic living room with a beautiful old oil stove, a large stone fireplace and inviting seating for relaxing. French windows lead onto the balcony on three sides of the chalet with spectacular views from east to west over the surrounding mountains.
As an additional highlight, there is also a mezzanine floor, which is accessed via a staircase. There you will find a large double bedroom with views of the living room and from a skylight.
Parking is available behind the farmhouse from the communal access road.

Location: The Val di Rabbi is one of the most enchanting valleys in Trentino thanks to its jealously protected natural treasures, most of which belong to the Stelvio National Park. The whole valley is crossed by a comfortable road that runs for about 12 km along the clear, lively and fish-rich Rabbies torrent, from 800 to 1400 meters above sea level. Going up the valley, you first come across the village of Pracorno, with its numerous country houses. Shortly afterwards is San Bernardo, home to all services of public interest.
Continuing along the torrent, you reach the village of Rabbi Fonti, where the thermal baths and the Park's visitor center are located, while above them, in a dominant position, rises the hamlet of Piazzola. Visitors can look down on green slopes, dense coniferous forests and the peaks of the Ortles-Cevedale mountain range.
One of the advantages of the Val di Rabbi is certainly its abundance of water: the bicarbonate-alkaline, ferrous mineral water with its high carbonate content and natural carbonic acid is famous, making it the driving force behind the spa industry, which boasts ancient roots here. Its healing effects were already known in 1650 and over the centuries numerous personalities have been attracted by them.
