Rent a property where others holiday?
“La Dolce Vita” lived - without the long-term commitment of a purchase. Rental properties keep you flexible in case you later move to another region or eventually decide to buy after all.
As your agent we ensure all documents are complete and correctly drawn up, and we explain the rental contract in detail - in our experience a key concern of prospective German tenants in “Bella Italia”. You can browse our portfolio of available rental properties directly online.

Questions prospective tenants ask
Why should I rent a property?
Renting offers flexibility and mobility, as you are not tied to one place. You also need not worry about repairs or maintenance costs, which are usually borne by the landlord. Monthly costs are often lower than buying - and you can live in an area without committing long-term.
How do I know the asking rent is in line with the market?
Research comparable offers in the area and compare prices. Location, fittings and size also play an important role. It can make sense to involve an expert such as an estate agent for a professional assessment - the rent should be fair for both sides.
What counts as typical service charges?
Typical service charges include heating and hot water, waste fees, property tax and building insurance, plus caretaker and garden services and the maintenance of lifts or heating systems. Clarify the exact charges before signing the contract.
