Equipment: There are three independent units (see cadastral sheets at the end of this document), with common parts consisting of:
- Courtyard; bounded to the north and west by the building, to the south by a stone wall, to the east by the building housing the caretaker's flat, and by the stone wall with wooden door from which access is gained to the courtyard proper;
- Vestibule; on the ground floor of the two-storey building, from which there is also access to the boiler room in the basement (also a common room) via a staircase;
- Entrance to the internal staircase; from here access to the unit, which is located on the top floor of the three-storey building above ground.
The main unit, the actual body of the villa, is distributed on the first floor, accessible both from the internal staircase and from an external staircase, on the west side of the courtyard.
It consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large kitchen that communicates with another kitchenette, and a large living area with double orientation: windows facing north overlooking the lake and the south wall, fully glazed, with wooden slats outside that have the function of solar protection. The same unit also has two rooms on the ground floor, furnished as a living area with kitchen and toilet.
The unit located in the attic, accessed by an interior staircase, consists of two bedrooms, a toilet and a large living area with open kitchen, as well as a terrace preserved in the slopes of the roof, from which you can enjoy the view of the lake.
Others: On the side of the entrance to the courtyard is the building that houses the guard's accommodation. It consists of three rooms in which the living area with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a toilet are organized. In the basement, below the living area, with exclusive access from the outside, there is a storage room.
The swimming pool, recently built for the 3 residential units, still needs to be finished.
