Closed farm with approx. 15ha (meadow and forest) incl. project for the new construction of a residence in the designated tourism zone.
The planned complex consists of individual small residential buildings (partly also assembled), which are to be built in partly traditional wooden construction, as well as partly in stone cladding and also in a somewhat more contemporary "modern", simple construction. The dimensions of the buildings as well as their orientation towards the slope will be slightly changed in some cases, but the interior layout will remain unchanged. 18 houses are to be built, 7 of which are assembled into a "two group" each.
The project has been approved and the building concession has been granted.
Construction has begun and some initial infrastructure work is underway.

Location: The area of the South Tyrolean municipality of Ahrntal, is not only one of the most beautiful side valleys of South Tyrol, it also forms one of the northernmost Alpine communities in Italy. Primarily used as a transit area in prehistoric times, today it is a vacation paradise for the whole family.
In addition to its naturalness, tranquility and idyll, the municipality of Ahrntal is characterized above all by its unique and contrasting vacation resorts. Three thousand meter peaks as far as the eye can see
The numerous three-thousand-meter peaks of the Zillertal Alps tower mightily and majestically around the municipality of Ahrntal in South Tyrol. The mountains in the north of the valley also form the national border between Austria and Italy. Among the most famous peaks of the municipality are the Turnerkamp with its proud 3,418 m, the Große Löffler (3,379 m), the Schwarzenstein (3,369 m) and the 3,210 m high Wollbachspitze. It is no wonder that especially hikers, mountaineers and nature lovers feel at home in this enchanting mountain world, which is embedded in the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park.

Winter in Ahrntal, not far from the Dolomites, also promises unique adventures. On the one hand, there are the family-friendly ski areas Speikboden and Klausberg, which leave nothing to be desired, and on the other hand, of course, the nearby ski area Kronplatz, which makes skiers' and snowboarders' hearts beat faster. And then there are the numerous offers for ski tourers and snowshoe hikers, who invite you to discover the fabulous white winter world on beautiful trails.
