At the same time, the highway is only 10 km away, and Zadar Airport can be easily reached in half an hour by car.
The view will fascinate you. The view of the old town, the sea and the Velebit-Paklenica National Park is truly incomparable and of absolute beauty. Thanks to the location of the villa and the design of our rooms, you can enjoy a magnificent view at all times, whether in the bedroom, kitchen, living room, terrace or by the pool.
The villa faces east and west along its long axis, offering magnificent views of colorful sunrises and endless sunsets all year round. A small hill behind the villa provides shelter from the unpleasant southerly winds, while the unobstructed view to the north and Paklenica National Park is inspiring. In spring, north winds called bura can blow, but thanks to the high-quality construction and selected materials, the only effect of the bura is the purified air, which ensures the natural conditions of a climate spa.
Although the sea is only 250 meters away, the spacious swimming pool with its incomparable view offers the perfect ambience for refreshment in summer and relaxation in winter after a sauna session. The 8 x 6 meter pool has a counter-current system and hydromassage functions for added luxury. The pool's machine room is fully automated. The entire surroundings of the house, including the pool area, are finished with high-quality, non-slip ceramic tiles in harmonious color coordination with the natural stone walls. An outdoor solar shower and toilets are also provided, as is the pre-installation for hammocks. The pool can be heated or cooled by an independent heat pump.
On the first floor of the villa there is a combined Finnish and infrared sauna as well as a spacious living area with TV, fridge and shower. The sauna can accommodate up to 8 adults at a time. In the entrance area of the sauna there is a closet with bathrobes, towels and deckchairs, which is an ideal addition to a stay in the villa in the early spring, late fall and winter months. After using the sauna, the outdoor pool is particularly recommended for a pleasant cool-down.
The spacious garage can comfortably accommodate two large cars and is specially designed to also provide storage space for three SUPs, a large folding ladder and other accessories such as a folding table tennis table on wheels. In addition, three landscaped outdoor parking spaces are available within the fenced plot, right next to the garage. Access to the property is via a wide, automated external gate.
